- The password is incorrect or the email password is incorrect on the first login (Validity period within the first 24 hours after purchase).

- The account has had advertising features disabled or restricted before purchase (Validity period within the first 24 hours after purchase).
- Users do not violate Facebook advertising policies but the ad account has a reduced daily spending limit (under 2 days or under the first 10 bills paid with Facebook).
- Log in just like a normal Facebook account.
- Check the ad account.
- Back up the ad accounts to multiple Facebook accounts to ensure safety in case any of the primary accounts are locked.
- Change the Facebook password, Email password, and Recovery email (if applicable).
