Refund to website account or exchange for another account if:
- The account encounters a phone checkpoint, ID card checkpoint, device checkpoint, or checkpoint 282 (Validity period within the first 6 hours after purchase).
- The password is incorrect or the email password is incorrect on the first login (Validity period within the first 24 hours after purchase).
- The account details do not match the detailed description we have provided (Validity period within the first 24 hours after purchase).
- The account has had advertising features disabled or restricted before purchase (Validity period within the first 24 hours after purchase).
- Users have not used it to create ads, add cards, create pixels, or create fan pages, but the account is disabled (applies only within 48 hours from the time of purchase).
- Users do not violate Facebook advertising policies but the ad account has a reduced daily spending limit (under 5 days or under the first 10 bills paid with Facebook).
- Log in just like a normal Facebook account.
- If you are a newbie and do not know how to log in, please contact the administrator for guidance.
- Please share additional admin rights with your other Facebook accounts to avoid losing access to the ad accounts in case your main account gets locked.
- Please log in and check immediately after purchase to ensure your warranty rights.
- Within the first 24 hours after purchase, do not change any account information to make the warranty inspection process easier, more convenient, and quicker.
- To ensure safety, 2 days from the date of purchase, you need to change Facebook password, Email password and Recovery email (if any). If you do not know how to change, contact admin for instructions.
