Refund to website account or exchange for another account if:
- The Business Manager was disabled before purchase.
- The ad account in the Business Manager was disabled before purchase.
- The link to share (receive) the Business Manager is broken.

- Users have not used it to create ads, add cards, create pixels, or create fan pages, but the BM is disabled (applies only within 48 hours from the time of purchase).
- Users do not violate Facebook advertising policies but the ad account has a reduced daily spending limit (under 5 days or under the first 10 bills paid with Facebook).
- Step 1: Prepare a Facebook account (This account must not have any advertising restrictions).
- Step 2: Log in to the account prepared in Step 1, then proceed to receive the Business Manager link we provide.
- Step 3: After successfully receiving the Business Manager link, you should add 2-3 other accounts to the Business Manager and set them as administrators for added security.
