Log into your Facebook account and go to the Fanpage you manage.

Navigate to "Ad center" or "Advertise" to view the Ad accounts linked with your page. Select the Ad account you wish to add the payment information to.

After selecting the Ad account, look for the "Payment Settings" section or find the button "Add Payment Method" to proceed.

Here you can change the Country, currency and time zone and fill in your card details (hard card).

After entering all the necessary information, click "Save" to confirm. Facebook may ask for an additional verification step to ensure the card information is accurate.
